infrastructure
Our headquarters is located in the Parque Patricios Technology District of Buenos Aires city, and our Satellite Control Earth Station is in Benavidez, province of Buenos Aires, on the ARSAT site, certified TIER III by UPTIME INSTITUTE, ensuring high security and redundant N+1 electrical supply.
We operate with state-of-the-art satellite technology, including redundant hubs from Gilat Satellite Networks and iDirect, and SkyEdge II and iDirect platforms to provide best coverage in the Southern Cone with the ARSAT I satellite. We also provide HTS capacity with SkyEdge II-C e iDirect Evolution DVB-S2X, using beams of the satellite IS37e for large bandwidths, all from Argentina.

Committed to quality in all our processes, in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard, we have managed to integrate versatility and agility, adapting both in our operations and in the design of our facilities. These multifunctional spaces combine face-to-face and remote working modalities, offering areas for rest, recreation and concentration.

Network Operation Center
In our Teleport, we have a 24-hour customer service center, 365 days a year, and a data center with temperature and humidity control, fire detection and extinguishing systems, and biometric access. It is connected by optical fiber to the main networks of the country and directly to CABASE’s IXP.
